DUAL MANDATE
When I first walked into this property and saw the light streaming in though the long full windows I was quite in awe. It was a good feeling and I felt at home. I think most clients will feel the same.
It is an extensive property which has the Main house and two fully self-catered cottages which are rented out. In the Main House I think any large family would love it. There is space for everyone, everything and all those who were not invited. The flow is particularly good from the entrance hall, into the kitchen and dining areas. My favourite room is the large lounge downstairs - just love the way it pulls you right in with a big hug. Over and above that, one has 4 bedrooms of which two are en-suite. The value is added with a study, storage room, staff quarters, garden sheds and an enormous garage.
The piece-de-resistance would have to be the top balcony entertainment area, lounge and dining room. It has all you need and more! The sea-views are extraordinary and kind of hard to find in this tight market we have.
The two separate cottages are fabulous since either guests can stay there completely independently and one can use them for additional income generation. They are really well designed with their own entrances and lovely views.
This property is a must-see in my opinion. One of my favourites.
